Knightly Musings: Dungeons & Dragons’ Owner Wizards of the Coast Promotes Racist Ideology

For a long time, what has been considered “geek” culture has been under attack. What was once the domain of the ostracized or nonconformists of societal standards has now been popularized by the mainstream and, as a result, a social cleansing is occurring within the space. One of the peak examples of geek culture has been tabletop games with Dungeons & Dragons leading the way. But even this sector of the culture is undergoing its own form of cleansing. Yet, Wizards of the Coast’s social cleansing of D&D is so pervasive that it is now Hitler-esque in a way that would make the Third Reich salute in respect to the latest move by the company.

What move?

Why, the removal of half-breed races and characters from Dungeons and Dragons.

It appears that being half-anything is “inherently racist” according to D&D lead rules designer Jeremy Crawford who said at the D&D Creator Summit

“Frankly, we are not comfortable, and haven’t been for years with any of the options that start with ‘half’…The half construction is inherently racist so we simply aren’t going to include it in the new Player’s Handbook.”

Rather interesting, don’t you think? And here I thought that racial purity was supposed to be the domain of Nazis and supremacists no matter the color of their skin. Unlike the left who thinks that there is only white supremacy, those of us with common sense know that a supremacist can be of any skin color or culture.

Still, I did Nazi the day when Wizards of the Coast would make a Reich at the fork in an already-dark road.

Suffice to say, as a half-breed myself, I am truly disgusted that Wizards of the Coast are not only removing half-breds from Dungeons & Dragons, but that they also consider their existence to be “inherently racist.” I guess D&D is the latest vehicle to create a new, modernized form of Hitler Youth who will be taught to believe that the mingling of different races is an abhorrent concept.

It’s a real shame that WotC has gone down this path. As a kid, I always wanted to play D&D but didn’t know anyone that did. It was only until a couple years ago that I started playing if for the first time and was enjoying myself. I Even created a half-Elf ranger character that I started writing a story about.

But damn, my existence is “inherently racist?” All I can say is that anyone buying the new D&D crap is supporting a blatant, racist ideology and company.

To those arguing that you can still play D&D under the older rules or that you can do whatever you want in your sessions. You are very shortsighted. What happens when you decide you want to livestream your play sessions or post videos up on YouTube or Rumble? You think Wizards of the Coast won’t want to take those down? Then there is the fact that you probably won’t be allowed to have half-breed characters in official tournaments.

Not to mention, your money will be going to literal racists.

So congratulations! Racial purity continues to crop its ugly head up.

With great sincerity, I would like to say on behalf of my half-Elf character Erembour Ashwalker and myself, Wizards of the Coast can suck our half-breed buttholes. To those of you who purchase the new D&D stuff, well, you are racist and supporters of the Wizards of the Coast’s ideology of racial purity.
