Dark Panda and Equinox Games have announced that they are teaming up to develop a new game called Psycho Fear. The horror-survival game is inspired by the popular “Saw” movie franchise and both companies hope that their combined skills and experience will help to create a heart-pounding title that will push players to their limits.
In Psycho Fear, players will find themselves trapped in a twisted game created by a psychopath and will need to utilize their brains in order to overcome and escape. The game will feature challenging puzzles, deadly obstacles, and an intense atmosphere that promises to keep players on the edge of their seats. The survival-horror game will offer players the ability to play it in singleplayer or co-op mode.
Dark Panda has been working on the concept for Psycho Fear since February 2022, and the initial press release and teaser were launched on February 14th, 2023.
Psycho Fear is expected to be released later this year though no specific date has been announced or if it will be released on any other platforms. Players interested in the game can add it to their Steam wishlist or check out Dark Panda’s website.
